College football is getting to the finish line and Fan Frenzy has the recap for you.

This week was a tough one. Fan Frenzy team ended up with a losing record at 7-8. On the bright side all of our top teams had victories in their respective games.

The Clemson Tigers finish their season undefeated with a win over South Carolina 38-3. The Tigers took control of the game early and never looked back, coming away with the victory and improving their streak over the Gamecocks to six games. Clemson now shifts their focus to the ACC Championship against Virginia.

Iowa defeated Nebraska 27-24 after a furious comeback from the Cornhuskers to tie the game in the third quarter. The Hawkeyes manage to add a field goal in the fourth to escape the Memorial Stadium with a win.

Utah got a big win against Colorado 45-15 securing its place at the top of the Pac-12 South in Salt Lake City. Utes quarterback Tyler Huntley threw for 165 yards and two touchdowns in the effort as tight end Brant Kuithe racked up three touchdowns. Utah will return to action Friday against Oregon in the Pac-12 Championship.

Continuing with Oregon, the Ducks reached 10 wins for the first time since 2014, securing a 24-10 win over rival Oregon State on a chilly Saturday afternoon at Autzen Stadium. Justin Herbert threw for 174 yards and a touchdown in his final home game, and Mykael Wright gave Oregon an early lead with a 98-yard kickoff return touchdown.

Central Michigan defeated Toledo 49-7 ending the season for the Chippewas 8-4 for the year. The Memphis Tigers won against Cincinnati 34-24 putting them ahead of Boise State and Cincinnati in the race for a major bowl berth. Boise State also won its matchup against Colorado State 31-24 behind a big 17-points second quarter to secure the game.

Western Michigan was upset by Northern Illinois losing 14-17. Miami Ohio got embarrassed by Ball State 21-points fourth quarter after the Cardinals trailed by 7 at the end of the third for a final score of 27-41. Eastern Michigan also suffered a 34-26 loss last Friday facing Kent State to close out the year 6-6. Kansas, that started this season with some promise, got destroy in its final game 61-6 by Baylor. The Jayhawks had some positives to build upon next season, but this one wasn’t one of them.

Wyoming lost against a motivated Air Force team losing 20-6 in a game that resulted in a suspension for the officiating crew after skipping a down towards the end of the game. The official report by the Mountain West was: “After a thorough review, the Mountain West has confirmed the officiating crew incorrectly ruled third down, when it should have been second down, with 1:40 remaining in the fourth quarter of the November 30th Wyoming at Air Force football game. As a result, both the on-field officials and the replay crew have been suspended from their next assignments.”

Coming up - Week 15: Utah at Oregon, Cincinnati at Memphis, Hawaii at Boise State, Virginia at Clemson.
